The Second Canadian Quality Congress is being held at the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, from August 23-25, 2010. The theme of the Congress is: Quality and Competitiveness for Sustained Performance.
The Technical Program Committee is seeking papers on the best practices and case study applications in all areas of total quality management and business excellence. The draft paper submission deadline is April 15th and the final paper is due by May 31st, 2010. Manuscripts should be sent by email to:

The Congress has a very rich and varied agenda with an incredible line-up of five world-renowned quality experts and gurus as keynote speakers: Sister Mary Jean Ryan, Chair/CEO of SSM Health Care, St Louis, USA, one of America’s most influential and powerful healthcare reformists, Dr. H. James Harrington, author of 35 books on quality and past President of American Society for Quality and International Academy for Quality; Mr. Masaaki Imai, Chairman of Kaizen Institute of Japan and a guru of “lean” management; John E. (Jack) West, a noted author, consultant and former chair of US TAG to ISO 9000 management standards committee, James Milway, Executive Director of the Institute of Competitiveness and Prosperity, University of Toronto; and Noah benShea, internationally renowned motivational speaker, along with welcoming remarks from Dr. A. V (Val) Feigenbaum, World’s top quality guru and father of Total Quality Management and Dr. David Naylor, President of the University of Toronto.
Additionally, the Congress features half-day and day-long workshops/seminars presented by none other than the keynote speakers- a rare treat indeed! Selected papers will be published in special volumes by the Emerald Publishing Group of UK.
